Answering Service Representative Job Description & Inside Sales Representative / Estimator- Asphalt & Concrete Related Scopes

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage all inbound call routing. You will also be asked to
process tasks across several communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to engage in conversation and have perfection in routing call requests and note taking.

\n

We are searching for adetail-orientedd person that has a passion for reading plans and communicating with their Manager and Clients including Prospects. This position is for asphalt & concrete estimating along with related scopes like striping and traffic signage. Experience in estimating for any construction scopes is helpful, however, we
may be willing to make an exception for the right individual.

Roles and workload:

\n

● Open Plan sets sent by MHS to uncover the site plan and detail sheets

\n

● Do quantity takeoffs of pavement markings, traffic signage, sealcoat, etc.

\n

● Build out the estimate in Quickbooks Online

\n

● Send estimates to clients

\n

● 5-day follow-up on estimates via email and phone

\n

● Outbound prospect calling

\n

● End of Day notes entered in GoogleSheets or Monday.com
